FolkEast will provide disabled attendees who are in receipt of a middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA) with 1 free ticket for a personal assistant to accompany them at the festival. We do ask that you email us first at info@folkeast.co.uk so we can make sure that we are able to provide for your requirements and so that you can apply for your tickets By Post and attach an accompanying letter. Glemham Hall is a working estate and the Parkland is used for grazing cattle throughout the year.

FolkEast regrets that due to the uneven ground, the site may not be suitable for some physically less able people and recommend only all terrain, heavy duty mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs. There are no hard pathways on the site and the ground, when dry, has dips and holes which can be hazardous. Prolonged periods of heavy rain could make the land inaccessible.

The organisers have experienced the difficulty of travelling around the site using mobility aids and have taken on board the problems faced.  Each year we hope to improve and develop our  facilities in order to make the site more accessible for all.
